Faculty/Instructor Requests

An eLearning Commons Section is created for all OASIS Courses that are part of the Registrar's data for each Semester.

Section Instructor Access

If you're the instructor of record, fill out the request form to gain access to a course that's not showing up on your course list.

Verify with your school or department that you are listed as the instructor of record in OASIS. Access to eLC is based on data from OASIS, so if you can be changed to instructor of record in OASIS, then that change should be reflected in eLC within 24-48 hours.

Fill out the request form to gain access to a course. This can take several days, because we have to verify with someone in your school or department that you are the instructor of record and should have access to the section.

Also verify that the missing section is not cross-listed with another section. When sections are cross-listed, only one of the cross-listed sections will show up in the instructor's course list.

You may submit a request to combine any eLC Sections into one section (i.e. multiple Lab sections could be combined into one section).
